One of our top clients is seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the structural engineering field and a deep understanding of complex structural systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Perform advanced structural analysis and design calculations.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Oversee project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional structural engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS).
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

• Experience with specific building types (e.g., high-rise, healthcare, industrial).
• LEED accreditation.
